Churrasco
The food in Brasil is amazing! I was very intrigued by the Brasilian Churrasco where customers paid one price for
endless servings of meat, a buffet and desssert. The particular churrasco that we visited had a buffet for patrons to
help themselves to salad and side dishes and then brougt skewers of various types of meat to our table in intervals, until
we gave them the sign that we had had enough. Some of these meats included: Lombo"-- pork loin, "Alcatra"-- top sirloin,
"Fraldinha"-- bottom sirloin, "Cordiero"-- leg of lamb, "Costela de Porco"-- pLombo"-- pork loin, "Alcatra"-- top sirloin,
"Fraldinha"-- bottom sirloin, "Cordiero"-- leg of lamb, "Costela de Porco"-- pork ribs, "Frango"-- chicken (usually the leg
